Hello garden growers!
Thanks so much for all of you that were able to come and help build and plant. We have a new 50 foot raised bed along the north side of the garden with a lot more space for the veggies we will be planting this year. And we planted 4 beds with lots of root veggies and lettuces – this is the earliest we have ever gotten started and we are already seeing new seedlings sprouting up. We all deserve a big hand for pulling it off – hurray!

This Saturday May 4th, 10am-12pm in our main garden behind St. Mary’s, we will be spreading some lovely smelling pine chips on the paths while also planting our first seedings – lots of different greens and maybe even some tomatoes!
Then I’ll be away for a couple of weeks, and our watering team (still to be figured out ;)) will be keeping our delicate plants alive.
Our Pollinator Pathway Planting on High St. is scheduled for Friday May 31st 10:30am-12:30pm, and Saturday June 1st, from 10am-12pm. We have 500 flower plugs that need to be tucked into their new home.
